Larry Eastland serves as the director of Willow Creek Enterprises. He was nominated in 2010 by the company’s board of directors. Mr. Eastland is a businessman with a collection of experience and achievements in the political and professional world. He worked as a staff assistant and consultant to three former U.S. presidents – Nixon, Ford, and Regan.

In 1961, Jerry Rubinstein became partner and founder of Segel, Rubinstein & Goldman, a business management firm that handled the financial affairs of prominent entertainers including Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, The Eagles, David Geffen, Joni Mitchell.

John-Mark Staude Is the President and CEO of Riverside Resources Inc. and holds a Ph.D. in economic geology. He possesses over 20 years of experience in the mining and exploration of precious and base metals. He also carries a Masters of Science from Harvard University in 1989, his Ph.D. was awarded from the University of Arizona in 1995.

Jon Pfeiffer is an experienced entertainment and business trial attorney practicing in Santa Monica, California. He has successfully tried over sixty-five cases to conclusion before juries, arbitrators, and judges. Mr. Pfeiffer specializes in high stakes, “bet the company” entertainment, business and copyright litigation.

James Hamamoto,PE is a specialist in the field of international trade and commerce. He carries years of experience in mechanical and electronic engineering. He is highly qualified to perform extensive market feasibility studies on large economic development projects. He has worked with various clients in researching new business opportunities, expanding operations, and evaluating market demand and potential for new ventures.

David Cutler carries 30+ years of experience in international finance, accounting, business administration, and SEC reporting. Mr. Cutler started off working with the accounting firm Arthur Andersen & Co and has served in a Chief Financial Officer role for various companies in the mining, energy, and telecommunications industry.

Andy, Managing Director of Yorkshire Capital Limited, a merchant bank operation since 1993 was responsible for numerous IPO and RTO cases worldwide and numerous MA and financing projects with total value of over US3 billion.

As a highly respected attorney in Southern California and a graduate of both Harvard Business School and Harvard Law School, Mr. Jacobs brings over 35 years of trusted business advisory experience to Ocean Meadows. A noted legal expert and counselor, Mr. Jacob’s primary area of legal practice focuses on contract and business resolution.
